• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  For the most part, yes! However, due to the cost of shipping, international sticker orders will NOT have tracking and will be mailed in an envelope rather than a package.

  I apologize for the price of international shipping for other non-sticker items, however, the reality is that shipping packages internationally is VERY expensive.

  Non-sticker orders to countries with unexpectedly high shipping prices may be cancelled and refunded.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders will typically be picked up by USPS the following business day after you place your order.

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Why don't shipments for sticker only orders include tracking?

  Orders containing only stickers and no other types of items will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail in an envelope. This is to help keep the cost of shipping lower for customers due to a change in the way that Storenvy calculates shipping prices. Depending on your location, First Class Mail usually takes 2-5 days to arrive for US orders and anywhere between 1-4 weeks for international orders.

• Customs Fees

  If your country or region requires customs fees (or any other additional fees) to be paid on your order, you (the customer) are required to cover them.

• REGARDING CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC

  Please allow for a longer-than-average shipping time for your area due to shipping chains being impacted by effects of the pandemic. International orders (outside of the USA) may be particularly affected.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
